I have been an MfN-registered mediator since 2008 and have spent the past 20 years working at various organisations at the interface of education and the labour market in management and board positions. Besides Personnel, Organisation and Management, I studied business economics and law. In late 2008, I founded Mohamedajoeb Mediators, to provide solutions, through mediation solve conflicts.<\/a> I specialise in employment mediation.<\/a> I have also studied intercultural communication<\/a>, non-violent communication, sociocracy and deep democracy. I discovered that, when cultural differences come into play, I can very quickly and effectively put my finger on the sore spot.
