Our vision
At Mohamedajoeb Mediators, we believe in the importance of building bridges between people in the workplace to prevent conflict. Differences in origin, background, generations, gender and sexual orientation can create tensions. That is why it is essential to identify conflicts early and use mediation. This prevents escalation of situations and promotes mutual understanding, empowering individuals themselves to take steps toward an acceptable resolution of their conflict.
About myself
I have been an MfN-registered mediator since 2008 and have spent the past 20 years working at various organisations at the interface of education and the labour market in management and board positions. Besides Personnel, Organisation and Management, I studied business economics and law. In late 2008, I founded Mohamedajoeb Mediators, to provide solutions, through mediation solve conflicts. I specialise in employment mediation. I have also studied intercultural communication, non-violent communication, sociocracy and deep democracy. I discovered that, when cultural differences come into play, I can very quickly and effectively put my finger on the sore spot. By understanding each other’s backgrounds, I see parties reaching better solutions faster.
